Mechanical Assembler Job Description Join our growing manufacturing team as a Mechanical Assembler. In this role, you will assemble mechanical components using hand and power tools, read work orders, and conduct final quality checks to ensure products meet both customer and company standards. Responsibilities Assemble mechanical components and parts. Use hand and power tools safely. Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and tape measurements. Perform inspections and quality checks. Support production goals and maintain a safe work environment. Essential Skills Experience using hand and power tools. Ability to read a tape measure. Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude. Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Additional Skills & Qualifications Proficiency in reading blueprints. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Springville, AL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.51 - $24.37/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
