•32/hr Looking for experienced Wiring & Cable Assembly Technicians! We are hiring Wire Harness Assembly Technicians for a growing manufacturing team. This is a great opportunity for candidates with hands-on experience in wire harness assembly, cable assembly, crimping, stripping, soldering, and electrical assembly.
Pay Level II:
$24
•28/hour
Level III:
$28
•32/hour Schedule Monday-Friday
•1st Shift Available start times: 6:00 AM 6:30 AM 7:00 AM 7:30 AM Employees work an 8-hour shift from their selected start time. What You'll Do Build and assemble electrical wire harnesses and cable assemblies Read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and work instructions Cut, strip, and prepare wires and cables Perform hand crimping on 8-28 AWG wire Use crimping machines, stripping equipment, and hand tools Perform basic soldering, including leaded and lead-free solder Identify wire types, lead wires, and lead-free components Inspect materials and completed assemblies for quality Complete potting tasks involving boots, connectors, and breakouts Build assemblies according to specifications and workmanship standards Maintain an organized and safe workstation What We're Looking For 1+ year of wire harness assembly experience required 1+ year of soldering experience required Experience with crimping, wire stripping, cable preparation, and electrical assembly Ability to read assembly drawings and electrical schematics Experience using hand tools, inspection tools, and measuring equipment Basic knowledge of IPC-620 Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity High school diploma or equivalent Preferred Experience
