Cleanroom Assembler
  • Precision Manufacturing 1st Shift
  • 6:45am
  • 3:15pm CPS Fluidics, LLC | Wallingford, CT | Full-Time CPS Fluidics is seeking an Assembler to join our growing manufacturing team.
We produce high-quality flow cells, microfluidic devices, and precision products for biotechnology and scientific applications. We hire based on attitude and will train you!! Responsibilities Perform precision assembly of glass components and other materials to close tolerances Assemble and inspect products using microscopes and magnification Use tweezers, pipettes, measurement tools, and other small precision tools Operate semi-automated assembly and inspection equipment Perform in-process and final quality inspections Follow detailed work instructions, procedures, and production standards Identify and communicate defects or nonconforming material Maintain accurate production records Follow all cleanroom, gowning, PPE, and contamination-control procedures Qualifications No experience required. Experience in medical device, biotech, optics, semiconductor, electronics, or other high-tech manufacturing strongly preferred Excellent manual dexterity and hand/eye coordination Strong attention to detail and ability to work with very small components Ability to accurately follow detailed, multi-step processes Basic computer and math skills High school diploma or equivalent
Pay:
From $20.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
