We specialize in creating custom products for birthdays, celebrations, and special events and ship orders to customers across the country. Many of our products are assembled by hand, so our production team plays an important role in making sure every personalized order is neat, accurate, and ready to ship on time. Schedule Part-time, with hours based on production needs and order volume Typical schedule during normal production periods is Monday-Wednesday, 12:00 PM-4:00 PM Weekly hours and scheduled days may vary Hours may be reduced during slower periods Additional days or hours may be available during busy periods Flexibility to pick up additional shifts when available is a plus What You'll Do Assemble personalized disposable and reusable cups Apply vinyl and paper stickers neatly and accurately Count and prepare products for customer orders Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy Weed vinyl stickers and prepare materials as needed Assist with assembling banners, cupcake toppers, and other party products Assist with packaging and other light production tasks Keep your workstation clean and organized Follow production instructions and quality standards Assist with other production tasks as needed What We're Looking For Dependable and punctual Strong attention to detail Good hand-eye coordination Able to follow instructions and repeat processes consistently Comfortable performing repetitive, hands-on work Able to work efficiently while maintaining quality Positive attitude and willingness to learn Able to work independently and as part of a small team Reliable transportation to our Middletown location Experience No experience required. Training is provided. Previous experience with crafts, vinyl, stickers, assembly, production, packing, order fulfillment, or similar hands-on work is helpful, but not required . Pay & Employment $15.00 per hour This is a part-time W-2 employee position. Location This position is 100% on-site in Middletown, Delaware and cannot be performed remotely. Important to Know Our production needs are based on customer order volume, so weekly schedules and hours may increase or decrease throughout the year. Applicants should be comfortable with a part-time schedule that may vary. Because we create personalized products for customer orders, attention to detail, reliability, and consistency are extremely important. There may be opportunities to learn additional production tasks and work additional hours as business needs grow.
