In this critical role, you will be responsible for the assembly and fabrication of structural components, ensuring they meet precise specifications, blueprints, and quality standards. Principal Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

Read, interpret, and work from blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders to assemble complex structural components. Utilize hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment to assemble, fabricate, and install components to exact specifications. Measure, inspect, and verify dimensions of parts to ensure they meet design accuracy and quality standards. Operate machinery such as drills, grinders, hoists, and other equipment to complete tasks efficiently and accurately. Perform routine quality checks to ensure assembled products adhere to all technical and safety specifications. Collaborate with team members, supervisors, and cross-functional teams to meet and exceed project deadlines. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in accordance with company and safety standards. Comply with all safety regulations, company policies, and management instructions to ensure a safe work environment. Adapt to shift requirements, including weekends and overtime, as needed to meet business needs.

Requirements Professional Requirements, Qualifications & Desired Competencies:

High school diploma or equivalent. Proven experience as a Structural Assembler, or in a similar hands-on assembly or fabrication role. Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical drawings to accurately assemble components. Strong mechanical aptitude with excellent attention to detail and quality assurance. Experience using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment to complete assembly tasks. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and work in an environment that includes noise, vibration, and proximity to moving mechanical parts. Ability to bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions, as well as maintain visual acuity for inspection and assembly tasks. Strong teamwork and communication skills with a commitment to safety and quality standards. Must be able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and proprietary data. Flexibility to work any shift, including weekends and overtime when required. Adherence to company policies, procedures, and management instructions. Must maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and proprietary data.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in aerospace, automotive, or construction industries. At least 2 years of relevant experience, though not required.
