Job Overview Haven Dock & Marine is looking for a dependable, hands-on team member to join our Fort Lauderdale operation. This position combines marine bumper fabrication, shipping and receiving, and local non-commercial vehicle deliveries. We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, pays attention to detail, works well with a team, and is comfortable staying active throughout the workday. What You'll Do Build and assemble marine bumpers and related dock products Measure, cut, assemble, and finish materials according to specifications Prepare customer orders for shipment Pack, label, load, and organize outgoing orders Assist with receiving and organizing incoming materials Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Load and unload materials and finished products Make local deliveries using a company vehicle (ProMaster Van) Safely secure products and materials for transportation Provide professional and courteous service to customers during deliveries Perform other shop, warehouse, and delivery duties as needed What We're Looking For Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic Comfortable performing hands-on, physical work Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Able to lift, carry, and move materials as required Organized and able to manage multiple tasks Valid driver's license and a clean driving record Comfortable driving a company vehicle for local, non-commercial deliveries Previous fabrication, warehouse, shipping, marine, or delivery experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person Why Join Us Full-time position Hands-on work in the marine industry Opportunity to learn fabrication, shipping, and marine dock products Comprehensive Benefits (after a brief waiting period): Health, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance, 401(k) Retirement Plan, Paid Holidays and Paid Time Off (PTO) If you're dependable, hardworking, and looking for a hands-on position to contribute to a thriving team, we'd like to hear from you.
