Goal Objective :
The objective for the Assembly Technician is to accurately and efficiently construct assemblies that are compliant to CMC customers' specifications and requirements. CMC Expectations of a
Successful Assembly Technician:
Construct/build assemblies in accordance with blueprint/drawing specifications, with assistance.
Collaborate with other employees as needed to complete assemblies on schedule.
Accurately document work on the production work order and note any changes and/or recommendations that are needed for future runs.
Identify any fault in relation to any material or equipment, and then notify Production Supervisor and/or Project Management.
Consistently and accurately clock in and out, record total quantity, and scrap of production work orders using the MieTrak kiosk.
Properly apply touch up painting/stenciling.
Properly use power and pneumatic tools.
Other duties that may arise, as assigned.
Skills of CNC Assembly Technician :
Math Skills:
Good math skills will help an Assembly Technician understand complex instructions, how plans work and make sure items are designed and built correctly.
Problem Solving Skills:
An Assembly Technician will need to understand CMC capabilities and look for solutions and alternatives that meet the customers' needs.
Attention to
Detail:
Producing quality parts is a shared responsibility. Assembly Technicians play a critical role by verifying defined specifications and requirements.
Pay:
$16.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
