Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and skilled Welder/Fabricator to join our production team. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for fabricating, welding, and assembling metal components with precision and efficiency. Your expertise will contribute to the creation of high-quality products, ensuring all work adheres to safety standards and engineering specifications. Responsibilities Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine fabrication requirements. Perform MIG (Metal Inert Gas), TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas), FCAW (Flux Core Arc Welding), and <
LOCATION
> welding techniques to join metals accurately. Use hand tools, power tools, plasma cutters, press brake machines, and other fabrication equipment to shape and assemble components. Measure materials with calipers, micrometers, and other precision tools to ensure dimensional accuracy. Fabricate sheet metal structures, ductwork, piping, and assemblies according to engineering standards and ASME codes & standards. Operate rigging equipment and forklifts safely for material handling and assembly tasks. Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols on construction sites or manufacturing floors. Experience working with sheet metal, ductwork, pipe systems, or similar manufacturing environments. Basic math skills for measurements and calculations essential for precise fabrication tasks. Ability to operate forklifts safely along with other material handling equipment like press brake machines. Knowledge of ASME codes & standards relevant to welding and fabrication projects.
