Overview We are seeking a skilled Welder/Fabricator to join our production team in Aplington, IA. Your expertise will ensure that all products meet quality standards and safety regulations while supporting our production goals.

Responsibilities Fabricate & Assemble:

Construct and assemble high-quality pneumatic grain vac systems from start to finish. Lay out and fabricate parts as needed.

Precision Welding:

Perform MIG welding on steel and various components in multiple positions as well as Aluminum welding.

Metal Preparation:

Use various hand and power tools to cut, grind, and prep materials for assembly.

Accurate Measuring:

Read blueprints and use precision measuring tools (calipers, tape measures) to ensure all parts meet exact specifications. Cut steel to length using bandsaw, plasma, torch, etc. Requirements Proven experience in welding and metal fabrication. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings or blueprints. Proficiency with a variety of hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
