Job Description

Product Assembler, full-time D. La Porte N.A., the North American subsidiary of D. La Porte & Söhne GmbH, is a manufacturer of cabin door systems for the agriculture, construction and specialty equipment markets. We are seeking a full-time Product Assembler to support increased customer demand. Initiative to identify problems, ask questions, and contribute to solutions. Desire to continuously improve and take on increasing levels of responsibility over time. Growth and Development Opportunity High-performing individuals will have opportunities to expand their skills and responsibilities beyond assembly. Cross training in shipping, receiving, quality, and other operational areas provides a path to greater responsibility and advancement within the company. Employees who demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, initiative, and a willingness to learn will be encouraged to develop broader operational and quality skills. Final Thoughts Most applicants skim job descriptions. If you're reading this sentence, you're already different — and that matters here. To make sure your application gets seen: include the words "Assembly Falcon" somewhere in your email subject line, application header, or cover letter, wherever it may be seen by us on your chosen platform. Applications without it will be deleted unread. Simple test. Big filter. We look forward to hearing from you.
