Job Description

Barton Staffing is currently looking for an Assembler for our client located in Addison. The assembler will build a variety of simple to moderate complex magnetic assemblies. Conduct marking, packaging, and labeling of assemblies. Temp to Hire positionMonday to Friday1st shift 6:00am-2:30pmPay rate $16-$18/hr depending on experience Major Responsibilities/Activities

Ability to read work orders and perform work as indicated.
Build, test, calibrate components and/or assemblies to meet tolerances and product specifications.
Use hand and power tools to build products to specifications.
Attach appropriate labels and tags to products and packages.
Clean parts to established procedures.
Clock in/out of production software, claiming completed and scrap pieces.
Pack finished goods into correct packages and boxes according to established procedures.
Notify supervisor of any mechanical or material issues.
Place finished goods in the designated area.
Maintain a clean and safe work area.
Perform other functions as required.
