Requirements:

Assemble a variety of subassemblies and bench or floor erect complete units having light, average and heavy weight parts Fit parts to very close tolerances and operating requirements, involving use of hand and power tools Mount and connect auxiliary, mechanical, electrical, electronic, pneumatic and hydraulic equipment, cut and fit pipe and tubing Make operating tests and final adjustments Math skills including fractions and angles Ability to read tape measures and angle finders Ability to read blueprint and work order routings Ability to lift 50-75 pounds Physical ability to work in awkward positions such as kneeling, lying down, and over head Ability to operate various shop tools (example: electric and air grinders) Trained in forklift operation Must be able to pass initial drug test and strength test Own common hand tools Previous experience in heavy assembly on large equipment required Ellis Corporation offers an excellent benefits package including health, dental, vision and 401K, along with a friendly work environment.
