Overview Join our dynamic manufacturing team as an Assembly Technician, where your expertise will drive the creation of high-quality products through precise mechanical assembly. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a variety of tools, technical drawings, and measurement instruments to bring complex components to life. As an integral part of our production process, you'll contribute to delivering innovative solutions that meet rigorous standards and customer expectations. Your hands-on skills and attention to detail will help ensure smooth operations and product excellence every step of the way. Responsibilities Assemble mechanical components and systems using hand tools, power tools, pneumatic tools, and specialized industrial equipment in accordance with blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings. Interpret manufacturing documents, production schematics, and assembly instructions accurately to ensure precise fabrication and assembly. Measure parts and assemblies utilizing calipers, micrometers, precision measuring instruments, and shop math to verify specifications meet quality standards. Conduct manual handling of parts and assemblies safely while adhering to personal protective equipment (PPE) protocols. Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts when necessary for material handling or inventory management. Skills Proficiency with calipers, measuring instruments, and shop math for precise measurement tasks. Strong ability to read blueprints, schematics, technical drawings, and interpret manufacturing documents. Mechanical knowledge including assembly techniques, fabrication methods, use of hand tools and power tools. Experience with pneumatic tools, specialized industrial tools, and precision measuring instruments. Familiarity with interpreting technical drawings for mechanical blueprint interpretation and fabrication processes. Warehouse experience including forklift operation is a plus for material handling efficiency. Knowledge of safety protocols related to PPE use and manual handling in a manufacturing environment. Pay:
$23.57 - $28.38 per hour
