Master precision electronics assembly, soldering, and wire bonding with full mentorship—no prior electronics background needed.
Dependable Daytime Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (40 hours/week).

Competitive Pay & Growth:
$20 to $30 per hour, based on your overall full-time work experience, reliability, and track record (specific microelectronics background not required).

What You'll Be Doing Assemble micro/miniature electronics under high-powered bench microscopes. Perform precision micro-soldering and wire bonding operations. Run specialized laboratory and assembly equipment. Maintain clean, organized workstations. Produce documentation such as assembly instructions and parts lists. Who We Are Looking For If you have great hand-eye coordination and patience, we can teach you the rest. This role is an ideal fit for hands-on professionals looking for a better career. Exceptional fine-motor control and manual dexterity. Strong focus, patience, and comfort working at a microscope station. Team-first mindset, positive attitude, and eagerness to learn new technical procedures and accept constructive feedback. Clear communication and dependable organizational habits. Basic Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent. Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) U.S. Person status (U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident/Green Card holder). Ability to work full-time on-site in Amherst, MA. Prior work references.
Pay:
$20.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
