Job Description

Soldering Assembler Schedule:
1st Shift, 6:00 AM-2:30
PM Employment Type:
[Contract / Contract-to-Hire] About the Opportunity We are looking for an experienced Soldering Assembler to join a hands-on manufacturing team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys detailed bench work, electronics assembly, and working with electromechanical components. You'll be responsible for assembling and testing electronic subassemblies while ensuring all work meets established quality and workmanship standards. What You'll Do Assemble electromechanical subassemblies using established procedures and work instructions Perform hand soldering of wires, PCBs, and electronic subassemblies Test completed subassemblies using electronic test fixtures Perform basic troubleshooting and rework on units that do not meet requirements Use hand tools such as soldering equipment, screwdrivers, wrenches, and heat guns Follow ESD and quality-control procedures Meet daily production goals while maintaining quality Adapt to changing priorities and production needs Work closely with your team to identify and address quality issues Maintain a clean, organized, and contaminant-free work environment Support a Lean Manufacturing environment What We're Looking For 3 years of experience assembling electromechanical devices and subassemblies High school diploma or equivalent
IPC-A-610
certification Strong hands-on soldering experience Experience working with PCBs, wires, and electronic assemblies Good understanding of workmanship and quality standards Experience working in an ESD-controlled environment Comfortable working with gloves and maintaining a clean assembly area Ability to use Microsoft Office Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work independently while being a strong team player Pay $27 - $30 / Hour/ W2 Depending on Experience #INDENG #ZRENG
