Assembler | Braintree, MA Job Summary Seeking Assemblers for a fast-paced manufacturing environment building plumbing products. Use hand and power tools, inspect parts for quality, and help meet production goals. This is a hands-on opportunity with long-term potential, career growth, and a supportive team culture. Key Responsibilities Assemble products using hand and power tools. Follow work instructions and assembly procedures. Inspect components and finished products for quality. Work at assembly stations or on a production line. Rotate between stations throughout the shift. Meet daily production goals while maintaining safety standards. Perform basic troubleshooting and report issues. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Stand for extended periods and lift up to 35 lbs. Requirements 6+ months of manufacturing or assembly experience. Mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand/power tools. Ability to read and follow work instructions. Strong attention to detail and quality. Reliable attendance and positive team attitude. Experience in fast-paced production environments. Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 35 lbs. Preferred Experience Assembly, production, warehouse, machine operation, or construction experience. Lean manufacturing and quality inspection knowledge. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Braintree, MA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
