Bigbelly - Methuen, MA Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM-3:30 PM The Manufacturing Assembler is responsible for assembling Bigbelly products and components on our production line. This is a hands-on manufacturing position that requires attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, reliability, and a commitment to producing high-quality products. You will receive hands-on training and have the opportunity to learn multiple assembly stations and advance as your skills and qualifications grow. What You'll Do Assemble mechanical and electro-mechanical components according to established work instructions and quality standards Use hand tools, power tools, and basic measuring equipment Follow production processes, drawings, instructions, and safety procedures Learn and become qualified on multiple assembly stations Inspect completed work to ensure products meet Bigbelly quality standards Identify and communicate quality or production issues to your supervisor or team lead Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Work effectively as part of a production team to meet daily production goals Handle materials and components as needed throughout the assembly process Follow all company safety, attendance, and workplace policies Take pride in building a product that is shipped to customers around the world What We Offer Full-time, first-shift schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM Competitive hourly pay based on experience and demonstrated skills Opportunity to learn multiple production stations Career progression through Bigbelly's manufacturing skills program — learn more, earn more Opportunity to advance into higher-level assembler, trainer, and line-lead responsibilities Competetive benefits Opportunity to work for a growing company manufacturing innovative, sustainable technology Location Bigbelly Manufacturing Facility, Methuen, Massachusetts Our Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who shows up, works hard, wants to learn, and takes pride in their work . Requirements:

What We're Looking For Previous manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, construction, automotive, or mechanical experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn Comfortable using hand and power tools Strong attention to detail Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Ability to work effectively in a team environment Reliable and dependable attendance Ability to stand and work on your feet throughout the shift Ability to lift and move materials as required Ability to communicate effectively regarding safety, quality, and production Must be able to work Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM Must be authorized to work in the United States
