Job Overview:
Pay Range:

$20.50hr - $25.50hr

Requirement/Must Have:

High school degree or GED with 3+ years manufacturing experience or an AA technical degree with 1+ years experience. Experience in a regulated environment required. Strong knowledge of mechanical tools including torque drivers, gauges, and bits. Highly proficient at reading drawings, interpreting and measuring dimensions, and requirements. Proven leadership skills capability and ability to mentor, coach, and develop other associates. Proven ability and accountability to results and to improve performance and processes across a team, work cell, or project. Strong ability and commitment to Continuous Improvement (Lean Manufacturing) philosophies. Ability to manage time across multiple production orders and processes within allotted time standards. Ability to work effectively in a team setting to reach common goals. Ability to understand and work within specified Quality procedures. Basic proficiency with PCs and basic use of a Windows environment. Ability to work overtime as required to meet business requirements. Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities:

Perform a wide variety of assigned tasks ranging from repetitive to non-repetitive production assembly operations on electronic and/or mechanical assemblies. Determine and follow methods and sequence of operations in performing wiring, component installation, hand soldering, cable harnessing, and fitting on assembly units. Work from diagrams and drawings, make initial layouts, and use hand and/or power tools, jigs, and saws. Conduct quality inspections on processing line in accordance with quality specifications. Disassemble, modify, rework, reassemble, and test experimental or prototype assemblies and subassemblies according to specifications. Make setups and adjustments holding tolerances to blueprint specifications. Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex issues associated with instrument assembly operations. Build, integrate, and understand the entire assembly process and requirements for any instrument in the production area. Assemble multiple product lines including integration
