Our agency is hiring experienced Assemblers for manufacturing positions with our client in Taylor and Romulus, Michigan . We are looking for dependable candidates who have hands-on automotive or manufacturing experience . This is not an entry-level position. Candidates must have relevant assembly or hoist-operation experience.

Position Responsibilities As an Assembler, you will perform assembly, material-handling, sequencing, and hoist-operation duties while following company procedures and customer specifications.
Responsibilities include:
Perform assembly operations using hand tools and approved processes Read and follow work instructions, diagrams, production documentation, and customer specifications Prepare and maintain the workstation for production Inspect completed assemblies for quality and accuracy Sort, identify, and classify parts and materials Load parts into outbound shipping racks in the exact sequence required by the customer Handle automotive parts carefully to prevent damage Operate hoists, cranes, and other approved lifting equipment safely Perform required daily inspections of hoists and lifting equipment Communicate with supervisors, spotters, and other team members Follow all OSHA, company, and site-specific safety requirements Maintain a clean and organized work area Perform other production duties as assigned Required Qualifications Applicants must meet the following requirements: Previous experience as an Assembler Experience in an automotive assembly, automotive manufacturing, or industrial manufacturing environment Familiarity with warehouse, material-handling, or shipping operations Ability to sort, identify, and sequence materials accurately Ability to safely operate lifting equipment Understanding of workplace safety procedures Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English High school diploma or equivalent Reliable attendance and dependable work history Ability to follow detailed instructions and production processes Preferred Qualifications Candidates with the following experience are strongly preferred: Automotive parts assembly Automotive sequencing Shipping-rack loading Material handling Overhead crane or hoist operation Production-line experience Quality inspection Warehouse or shipping experience Experience working with customer-specific production requirements Physical & Work Environment Requirements This position requires working in a manufacturing environment and may involve: Standing for extended periods Frequent bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and loading Repetitive hand and arm movements Repetitively lifting up to 20 pounds Working around manufacturing equipment and moving materials Following required PPE and workplace safety procedures Schedule Candidates must be flexible and available to work the shift assigned by the client. Weekend work and overtime may be required based on production needs. Interview Requirements In-person interview is required.
