Vacancy No VN854 Employment Type Full-Time Shift Duration (if temporary) Location Country United States Location State Michigan Location City Three Rivers Description The 1010 Line Assembler position involves assembling, testing, and evaluating stainless steel products according to specified instructions. This role requires adherence to production targets and deadlines, maintaining an organized workstation, and ensuring the proper storage and maintenance of tools, parts, test equipment, and documentation. Key Responsibilities Assemble and test stainless steel units, ensuring they meet quality standards. Maintain accurate records of assembly processes and report any issues or discrepancies. Keep the work area clean and organized, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored and maintained. Work closely with team members to meet production goals and address any challenges that arise. Willingness to learn or train in the position. Must have the physical and mental stamina to stand, walk, lift, and adjust to the noise and lighting of the manufacturing environment. Other duties as assigned and not limited to just the above. Key Requirements Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred. Strong attention to detail, ability to follow instructions, and good communication skills. Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and perform physical tasks associated with assembly work. Comfortable working in a fast-paced team-oriented environment. Must be able to stand for extended periods of time. Consistently lift 5-10 pounds (occasional up to 50 lbs.) Must have manual dexterity in order to assemble products or machines as directed. Must have excellent hand-eye coordination. Physical and Mental stamina to stand, walk, lift, and adjust to the noise and lighting of the manufacturing environment.
