Job:
Follow detailed assembly instructions, processes and procedures Comply with policies, guidelines, and regulatory requirements to meet Quality Standards Proficient use of equipment required by the job function Adhere to safety, quality, inventory and production guidelines Report problems with quality, processes, equipment and materials to Production Supervisor Assemble equipment for final operation Perform troubleshooting as required Explores methods of improving efficiency, speed, and quality of work being done Maintains a clean and organized work area to facilitate manufacturing functions. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSA's): Basic knowledge and understanding of design techniques, tools, and principles involved in production or precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings and models. Ability to perform basic math (add, subtract, multiply and divide whole numbers in addition to understanding fractions and decimals). Possess the ability to read and understand both written and verbal instructions. Must be able to read basic prints/schematics. Must be able to read and use tape measure, rule and square to fit parts and assemblies. Adhere to safety, quality, inventory and production guidelines Report problems with quality, processes, equipment and materials to Group Lead/Supervisor Assemble equipment for final operation Perform troubleshooting as required Explores methods of improving efficiency, speed, and quality of work being done Maintains a clean and organized work area to facilitate manufacturing functions
