Assemble and inspect precision cores and mold components for aerospace manufacturing. Prepare parts and surfaces, use hand tools and fixtures, follow dimensional and quality requirements, and maintain a clean, safe work area. This full-time role is based at the Bloomington facility and requires the ability to work the 3:00-11:30 p.m. shift, Monday through Friday, with overtime as needed. Responsibilities Organize assembly components, hand tools, and job documentation before starting assigned work. Clean pipe parts and other components, prepare rough surfaces, and remove excess sand. Assemble cores and components to close dimensional requirements using fixtures, hand tools, and glue. Form cores around patterns and position them in molds. Inspect parts before cleaning and assembly and scrap damaged or unusable materials. Maintain an organized work area and follow safety, environmental, and other applicable policies.
