Your daily tasks will include interpreting blueprints, prepping necessary materials, utilizing bonding agents, positioning components, and performing quality checks on finished goods. Success in this role demands high manual dexterity, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to operate various hand and power tools efficiently within a high-volume manufacturing setting. Required Qualifications Demonstrate proficiency in accurately reading a tape measure. Maintain a consistent employment record and utilize effective communication skills to support team goals. Perform essential laminating and assembly tasks within the designated production area. Help maintain physical operational standards by standing and lifting up to 50 lbs throughout your shift. Ensure high-quality output by strictly adhering to established work instructions. Schedule This position operates from 6:00am to 2:30pm, Monday through Friday.
