Responsibilities Assemble cabinets and wood components accurately according to detailed construction plans and technical drawings Finish wood surfaces by sanding, staining, painting, or applying protective coatings to achieve a polished look Operate hand tools and power tools for woodworking safely and efficiently Interpret blueprints, sketches, and technical diagrams to ensure precise fabrication and assembly Conduct quality checks throughout the assembly and finishing process to meet project specifications Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to all safety protocols related to power tool use and construction site safety Requirements Proven experience in cabinetry assembly, woodworking, or carpentry within residential or commercial projects Skilled in blueprint reading and interpreting technical drawings accurately Proficient with hand tools such as chisels, screwdrivers, hammers, and measuring devices Experienced with power tools used for woodworking including saws, drills, sanders, and routers Familiarity with wood construction materials like plywood, MDF, hardwoods, and veneers Strong understanding of power tool safety standards and proper handling procedures Ability to lift heavy materials safely and perform physically demanding tasks regularly This position offers an exciting opportunity for motivated individuals eager to grow their skills in cabinetry fabrication and finishing.
