Advanced Personnel Resources is currently seeking an experienced Wiring & Assembly Technician for our client in the High Point area. The ideal candidate will have a background in wiring, assembly, and precision workmanship, ensuring that all components meet strict quality standards and operate flawlessly. Essential Duties Read and understand wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical documentation to complete tasks accurately.
Construct and terminate single- and multi-conductor cables in accordance with specifications.
Assemble and wire panels, harnesses, and enclosures while maintaining proper layout and routing.
Terminate wires precisely, ensuring correct labeling, routing, and organization for optimal functionality.
Perform soldering tasks to meet industry standards, ensuring durable and high-quality connections.
Maintain accuracy and attention to detail during repetitive tasks without compromising quality. Job Requirements 2 years of practical experience in assembly. Experience with wiring, soldering, or a related field is ideal.
High School Diploma or Equivalent.
Proven record of good attendance.
Proficient in interpreting schematics and wiring diagrams.
Skilled in soldering, crimping, and wire termination
Experience with precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, in a fast-paced environment.
