2989938718-2 Apply for this job now Job Description Marvin is seeking an Evening Shift Production Associate to help manufacture premium windows, doors, and skylights in our Warroad facility. In this hands-on role, you'll operate on an assembly line, follow work instructions, and use basic tools and equipment to build high-quality products. Responsibilities include assembling components, inspecting parts for quality, handling materials, and maintaining a clean, safe work area. Responsibilities Operate on an assembly line to build windows, doors, and related components to specification. Follow standard work instructions, diagrams, and production schedules to meet daily targets. Inspect parts and finished products for defects, accuracy, and overall quality. Use hand tools, power tools, and basic production machinery safely and effectively. Handle, move, and stage materials and finished goods in designated areas. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, following all safety procedures and PPE requirements. Report equipment issues, quality concerns, and safety hazards to supervisors promptly. Work collaboratively with team members and shift leaders to achieve production and quality goals. Accurately record production counts, basic data, and any required documentation. Participate in training and continuous improvement activities to enhance skills and production processes.
