2989942748-2 Apply for this job now Job Description Marvin is hiring Weekend Shift Production Associates to help build premium windows, doors, and skylights in a safe, fast-paced manufacturing environment. In this role, you'll assemble components, operate basic production equipment, inspect products for quality, and follow standardized work instructions. You'll work collaboratively with your team, maintain a clean and organized work area, and adhere to all safety procedures. Responsibilities Assemble window, door, and skylight components according to work instructions and quality standards Operate basic production and material-handling equipment safely and efficiently Perform visual and manual inspections to ensure products meet quality specifications Follow all safety policies, use required PPE, and maintain a clean, organized work area Meet or exceed production goals while minimizing waste and rework Read and interpret work orders, labels, and basic measurements Collaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve production issues Participate in training and continuous improvement activities on the production line Required Skills Assembly line operation Manufacturing equipment operation Quality inspection Reading production work orders Basic hand and power tool use Material handling Safety procedures and PPE compliance Basic measurement and math Time management Team collaboration
