Marvin is seeking Production Associates to join our people-first manufacturing team building premium windows, doors, and skylights. In this full-time, Monday-Thursday role, you will operate equipment, assemble components, and inspect products to ensure they meet our high quality standards. Responsibilities include following detailed work instructions, maintaining a clean and safe work area, handling materials, and supporting continuous improvement. Responsibilities Operate manufacturing equipment to produce high-quality windows, doors, and skylights to specification Follow standardized work instructions and safety procedures in a fast-paced production environment Inspect parts and finished products for quality, accuracy, and defects, reporting issues promptly Perform basic assembly, material handling, and packaging tasks to keep production lines running smoothly Maintain a clean, organized work area and support 5 S and continuous improvement activities Collaborate with team members, leads, and supervisors to meet daily production and quality goals Document production counts, basic measurements, and quality checks accurately Participate in training, cross-training, and skill-building opportunities offered by Marvin Required Skills Manufacturing equipment operation Assembly and fabrication Quality inspection and measurement Reading work instructions and production orders Basic hand and power tool use Material handling and packaging Safety and OSHA awareness Use of gauges and measuring tools (tape measure, calipers) Basic computer or scanner data entry Teamwork and communication in production setting
