Responsibilities Operate production equipment to assemble windows, doors, and skylights to quality standards Follow standard work instructions, safety procedures, and 5 S/lean practices on the production floor Inspect materials and finished products for defects and report issues to leads or supervisors Perform basic material handling, loading/unloading, and staging of components for production lines Accurately record production counts, downtime, and quality data in provided systems or forms Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and support continuous improvement Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area, promptly addressing hazards or unsafe conditions Participate in on-the-job training and cross-training to build skills and support flexible staffing needs Required Skills Production line operation Basic hand and power tool use Quality inspection Reading work orders and diagrams Material handling Basic measurement (tape measure, calipers) Safety and PPE compliance5 S/lean basics Data and count recording Team communication
