3-Day Weekend Assembler - $5,000 Sign-On Bonus!

Full-Time, Permanent Pay:
$21-$26/hr + 20%
Weekend Shift Differential Schedule:
Friday, Saturday & Sunday | 6:00 AM-6:00
PM Training:
2-3 weeks on 1st shift (Monday-Friday)

$5,000 Job Description We are looking for a hands-on Manufacturing Assembler to join our team on a weekend shift! This position involves assembling aluminum parts into complete assemblies using blueprints, hand tools, and precision measurement equipment. You will be responsible for ensuring parts are properly aligned, assembled, and meet quality standards. Training will be provided on 1st shift for 2-3 weeks before transitioning to the weekend schedule. Responsibilities Assemble aluminum parts into complete assemblies according to blueprints and specifications. Follow detailed work instructions, process sheets, and assembly sequences. Check part alignment, fit, and orientation before assemblies move to the next stage. Use hand tools and measurement devices to ensure accuracy and quality. Perform visual inspections and maintain consistent quality across different part configurations. Work closely with team members, inspectors, and lead personnel. Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and shop policies. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Complete assigned tasks reliably during the weekend shift. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in mechanical assembly or precision manufacturing. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and assembly instructions. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Experience with visual inspections and precision measurement tools. Comfortable following written work instructions and documentation. Understanding of shop safety and proper tool handling. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
