Job Duties Assemble components and subassemblies using hand tools and equipment, positioning parts with templates, work instructions, or measurement tools. Inspect and verify specifications by measuring completed components, and perform sub-assembly operations according to established procedures. Maintain workmanship standards, quality requirements, and material handling procedures. Complete production documentation accurately, and work according to production schedules and performance standards. Maintain a safe, clean work environment in compliance with company policies and OSHA standards, and contribute to team objectives and other production tasks as needed. Education Requirements High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Ability to read, write, speak, and understand basic English required. Experience Requirements One to two years of manufacturing or assembly experience preferred. Soldering experience on cable assemblies or circuit boards, and IPC certification, are a plus. Ability to read and interpret prints, drawings, and work instructions. Ability to use basic hand tools, with basic math and computer skills. Strong attention to detail and effective communication skills. Physical Capabilities Ability to sit and/or stand at a workstation for prolonged periods. Frequent use of hands for assembly and fine motor tasks. Ability to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally.
