Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Assembler to join our manufacturing team in Corry, PA. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling components and products efficiently and accurately, adhering to safety standards and production guidelines. This role is vital in ensuring high-quality output and maintaining smooth operations within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical aptitude, proficiency with hand and power tools, and experience interpreting technical drawings and manufacturing documents. Responsibilities Assemble products and components according to technical drawings, specifications, and work instructions. Use hand tools, power tools, measuring instruments, and forklifts to handle materials safely and efficiently. Interpret production documents to ensure correct assembly processes are followed. Conduct quality checks during assembly to verify accuracy and adherence to safety standards. Manage manual handling tasks, including heavy lifting, while maintaining proper safety protocol adherence. Support process improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for efficiency gains. Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and productivity. Collaborate with team members to meet production targets while upholding manufacturing standards. Follow safety procedures rigorously to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel. Qualifications Prior experience in factory or manufacturing facility environments is highly preferred. Familiarity with assembly line processes, mechanical assembly, and technical drawing interpretation. Proficiency with measuring instruments, hand tools, power tools, and forklift operation. Knowledge of manufacturing management principles, lean manufacturing practices, and process improvement techniques. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle manual tasks efficiently. Strong mechanical knowledge combined with the ability to interpret technical documentation accurately. Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and commitment to safety standards. Pay:
$15.50 - $19.50 per hour Expected hours: 50.0 per week
