Job Description
- Only qualified "Assembler" candidates located near the "Sumter, South Carolina" area to be considered due to the position requiring an onsite presence
- Required Education
- High School Diploma or equivalentRequired Experience
- 0 to 1 year of manufacturing assembly experience
- Previous manufacturing work experience Tech Skills
- Ability to read, write, interpret, and comprehend specifications written in English
- Basic math calculation skills
- Ability to use basic measurement tools such as microscopes
- Ability to perform quality inspections according to quality specifications
- Ability to set up operate maintain and troubleshoot equipmentSoft Skills
- Effective communication skills with coworkers and Team Lead or Supervisor
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment

- Willingness to rotate into different tasks and responsibilities

- Perform tasks involved in the fabrication manufacture assembly testing and packaging of medical devices
- Set up operate maintain and troubleshoot equipment
- Conduct quality inspections on processing lines according to quality specifications
- Work within clearly defined Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and scientific methods
- Adhere to established quality guidelines
- Follow assigned tasks and responsibilities in accordance with operational requirementsPhysical Demands
- Stand walk and sit for extended periods of time
- Occasionally lift or move at least 50 pounds
- Meet the physical requirements necessary to perform essential job functions
- Complete required eye examination before starting the assignment
