•5:30 PM Great opportunity for OT including some work on Fridays. At $20/hr and 50 hrs per wk for example, earn weekly paychecks of $1,100 gross. We are seeking motivated Assembly & Test Operators to support a growing modular data center infrastructure operation. This work supports the assembly and testing of components used to build faster, smarter, and more resilient data centers in a controlled offsite manufacturing environment. The Assembly & Test Operator is responsible for assembling and testing products, and for troubleshooting and resolving issues.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Assemble components of all products, selecting the correct tools and fixtures. Test assembled products; troubleshoot and resolve problems associated with the assembly and testing of products. Read blueprints; identify components; use pertinent tools and rework techniques; operate equipment, dimensioning and setting tolerances of mechanical parts and assemblies. Create labor records for all transactions. Ensure good housekeeping within own work area. Take personal responsibility for safety and adhere to relating Risk Assessments. Use the guiding principles and tools of the manufacturing system to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Experience:

High school diploma or General Educational Development (GED). Must be mechanically adept; able to use a variety of hand and power tools. Ability to read, interpret, and carry out written and oral instructions; write legibly. Experience with assembly-related operations or equivalent preferred. Experience with electrical wiring is preferred. Fluency, both written and verbal, in English. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
