Our primary goal is to build quality trusses to help make dream homes become a reality, while also providing an engaging and rewarding experience for our employees.

•Spanish or English speaking applicants encouraged. Hablamos español. Entry level truss builder. Cut and assemble lumber pieces to build trusses used in building construction. Stack and bind finished trusses in preparation for delivery to the job site.

Position Requirements:

Work in a fast-paced production environment Ability to use a variety of tools (e.g. staple gun, hammer, tape measure, etc.) Able to follow and complete verbal/written instructions Able to lift approximately 50-100 lbs throughout shift Willing to follow safety procedures and wear personal protective equipment (i.e. safety glasses, gloves) Maintain a clean and safe work environment Be punctual and reliable; willing to work overtime hours as needed Attention to detail, adaptable, and team-oriented

Experience Requirements:

Prior truss or carpentry experience preferred, but willing to train those with no experience Forklift certification is also a plus

Work Schedule:

6:00 am - 2:30 pm

•Includes a 30-minute paid morning break and a 30-minute unpaid lunch break Overtime is available and optional during busy months

Hourly Wage:

Depends on experience

Notes:

We participate in the E-verify program. All hired employees will be required to have their government issued documents verified to continue work. Precision Structures may require employees to undergo drug and alcohol testing.
