Truss Assembler Automation Personnel Services is looking for a dependable Truss Assembler for a company based in Culpeper , VA . In this role, you will have the opportunity to primarily be responsible for constructing and assembling trusses, which are frameworks used to support roofs, bridges, and other structures . Pay Rate $ 1 7 .00 per hour starting, negotiable, DOE Schedule and Hours Monday through Friday, 6 00 am to 4 3 0 pm. Fridays are mandatory overtime days as needed Truss Assembler Duties and Responsibilities

• Assemble truss components, including beams and connectors, using tools such as saws, nail guns, and drills
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate assembly
• Inspect finished trusses for quality and adherence to specifications
• Handle and organize materials efficiently to maintain workflow and reduce waste Truss Assembler Qualifications and Requirements
• Must be able to read a measuring tape
• Familiarity with hand and power tools preferred
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs. throughout the shift
• Willing to work in a non-climate-controlled environment inside production plant
