$79,000•$98,000 Base Salary + Bonus Are you a strategic safety leader who sees EHS as more than compliance and believes safety should be embedded into culture, performance, and purpose? We are seeking an experienced Environmental, Health & Safety EHS Manager to lead safety culture transformation within a fast-paced food and beverage manufacturing environment. This is an opportunity to drive meaningful change, influence leaders at every level, and create a workplace where safety is owned by everyone. In this highly visible leadership role, you will partner with site leadership, operations, quality, and production teams to develop and execute a proactive EHS strategy that protects employees, strengthens operational performance, and supports continuous improvement initiatives across the facility. Key Responsibilities Lead the vision, strategy, and execution of site-wide EHS programs
Drive a proactive safety culture through leadership, coaching, and accountability
Champion behavior-based safety initiatives and continuous improvement efforts
Develop and implement safety training, risk mitigation, and sustainability programs
Serve as a trusted advisor to site leadership on EHS strategy and performance
Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action planning
Oversee industrial hygiene programs and evaluate new safety technologies
Partner cross-functionally to integrate safety into daily operational decisions
Manage OSHA compliance, recordkeeping, audits, and regulatory interactions
Lead safety committees and employee engagement initiatives that support long-term culture change Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, or a related field
5+ years of EHS leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
Food and beverage manufacturing experience required
Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations, workers' compensation, audits, and compliance programs
Experience developing and delivering safety training programs
Demonstrated success leading safety culture transformation initiatives
Proven ability to influence and build relationships across all levels of an organization
Experience with continuous improvement methodologies and operational excellence initiatives Preferred Qualifications CSP Certified Safety Professional certification
Advanced degree in a related discipline
Industrial hygiene experience
