Ability to read and understand complex engineering drawings, specifications, tolerances, and manufacturing documentation. Experience managing budgets, labor costs, manufacturing performance, and capital-equipment planning. Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional problem-solving skills. U.S. citizenship and the ability to meet defense-contract requirements. Highly Preferred Experience supporting Department of Defense, Navy, NAVSEA, submarine, nuclear, or other mission-critical programs. Experience with multi-axis CNC mills, lathes, mill-turn equipment, EDM, grinding, welding, and complex mechanical assembly. Experience machining titanium, nickel-based alloys, stainless steel, or other difficult materials. Familiarity with ERP-based production scheduling and shop-floor management. Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field. Lean Six Sigma or similar continuous-improvement certification. You should be comfortable talking through machining and production challenges with technical employees, holding leaders accountable, removing roadblocks, and communicating clearly with company executives.
