full-time We are currently partnered with a global leader in the medical manufacturing industry who is actively seeking an experienced FP&A Manager to join their team on a hybrid basis. This firm pushes the boundaries of advanced engineering, prototyping, and product development while driving innovation within the rapidly growing medical device industry. They have been experiencing exponential growth across all of their locations around the world and are continuing to build a world class, dynamic company culture. The FP&A Manager will have the opportunity to lead efforts within the Finance team designed to improve reporting accuracy, working capital measurement and reductions, and cash flow analytics while directly supporting Senior leadership on all aspects of the closing process.

Responsibilities:

Lead projects to create repeatable processes in pricing, monthly gross margin analysis, GL allocations, and other areas that arise Assist with annual budgets, forecasting, capital spend analysis, strategic planning, and monthly/quarterly business reviews Partner with leadership in order to create and perfect business case assessments across the business Analyze companywide business practices and identifying opportunities for financial productivity improvement Additional projects and analysis as needed and/directed by the business

Qualifications:

BA/BS degree with a specialization in finance, statistics, economics, or similar business degree 7+ years of experience within accounting or finance, with at least 5 years related to financial analysis Experience working in the field of manufacturing Knowledge of cost accounting, variance analysis, and period-to-period analysis Strong ability using Microsoft Office and high proficiency with Excel Please apply or email rob.hermansen@roberthalf with an updated resume for immediate consideration!
