What We're Looking For Technical school training in manufacturing, machining, mechanical technology or a related field OR Approximately 6 months of hands-on manufacturing experience Ability to learn new equipment and processes Good attention to detail and a dependable work ethic Candidates interested in building a long-term manufacturing career All shifts are available. Candidates hired for 2nd or 3rd shift should be prepared to train on 1st shift initially.
