WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment. A true hands-on leadership style with the willingness and ability to work alongside the production team when operational needs require it. Plastic extrusion manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required. Experience with Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement methodologies, and/or ISO standards is a plus. Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills. Ability to analyze production information and make sound operational decisions. Experience working with ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
