Job Description

Manufacturing Manager The Manufacturing Manager is responsible for the following (3) priorities. First, ensuring the proper allocation of resources between people, inventory, space and time. Second, the maintenance and upkeep of infrastructure including the building, our digital tracking systems, as well as training and reference materials to keep the facility running smoothly. Lastly, they must have a positive attitude and be resourceful, resilient, and reliable in working within a driven team that is refining in a dynamic and growing market.

Key Responsibilities:

Production Operations a. Creates & manages the execution of all production b. Executes assembly line production flows c. Manages & maintains all work flow and documentation within ERP d. Drives pace and productivity across departments e. Maintains cleanliness of facility to company standards f. Leads the team dynamic and facilitates any HR-related matters through proper company processes and channels g. Leads and maintains the facilities & equipment maintenance schedule h. Leads facility organization i. Maintains adherence to QC checks on all product through final packaging to company standards Product Development and Execution Standards j. Partners with Creative/Culinary Director on packaging, R&D and QC k. Executes products that are compliant to

FDA & OCP

standards l. Orders ingredients within budgetary restrictions, and executes POs for purchases m. Executes production inventory audits n. Maintains production levels to execute sales needs based on review of sell through and SKU level data analysis o. Prints and posts all relevant signage for execution of tasks and compliance with State & Federally mandated requirements p. Supports the efficient use of facility, input, and team member resources Department Maintenance

+ Troubleshooting a. Oversees and executes all equipment maintenance within the facility, including the facility itself b. Maintenance and diagnostics for all production & building equipment Computer Work & Systems a. Manages end to end flow and cleanliness of data within Distru b. Execute professional communication with External partners, including but not limited to equipment vendors, ingredient suppliers, and others c. Execute professional and timely internal communication with cross functional team members about department needs, deficiencies or areas for improvement d. Use of ERP & other digital company tools, including Google Suite, for traceability of task execution & completion Production Team Management e. Leads the management and training of all leads and assistants by department f. Partners with relevant team members to execute all HR-related tasks including but not limited to: reviews, opportunities for improvement or advancement for production and/or packaging assistants In addition to execution of their job functions at Pot

+ Pan, employees are valued for their skills in Leadership, Accountability, Reliability & Resourcefulness, Respect & Attitude, Time & Space Management Bachelor's degree and/or related operations management experience; 5 years experience leading a team of 4 or more, preferably in a manufacturing setting; Must be able to lift 50Lb

+ Computer proficiency; experience and proficiency with Excel and ERP software, required; Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Demonstrates leadership skills in a manufacturing setting; Must be able to quickly assess problems, react, and act in a timely manner; Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously; Operate automated machinery, induction burners, mixers and other production equipment as needed Approved through OMP to work in Adult Use Cannabis (IIC Registration) and Medical Marijuana Program (RIC registration) Must be 21+ and pass a criminal background check with the state ServSafe Certified Hours of Operation Monday - Thursday 6:30am - 4:30pm Additional hours as needed

Compensation:
