This leadership role is critical in ensuring daily operations run safely, efficiently, and in alignment with the company's quality and delivery standards. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of manufacturing processes, and a commitment to fostering a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement. Position Responsibilitie s Direct and coordinate daily operations of the manufacturing plant. Oversee production processes to ensure delivery deadlines and quality expectations are met. Maintain strict safety protocols across all departments. Manage performance of team leads, supervisors, and production staff. Screen, interview, and onboard new hires. Provide ongoing training and development to support employee growth. Design and implement strategies to improve plant efficiency and productivity. Ensure compliance with all company policies and regulatory requirements. Monitor the condition and functionality of equipment. Coordinate timely repairs or replacements as needed to prevent downtime. Prerequisites Proven experience in a manufacturing environment Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills Solid understanding of regulatory and safety standards Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and lead teams effectively Certifications (Preferred, but not Required) or Education & Certifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, Industrial Technology, or a related field preferred Certifications such as OSHA, Six Sigma, or Lean Manufacturing are advantageous What the Role Offers Competitive salary range: $100,000 - $120,000 Significant leadership role within a stable and growing company Direct influence on production quality, safety, and team development Comprehensive benefits package and growth potential Why Clarkston?
