We specialize in hose and tube assemblies for AC/heating lines servicing heavy trucks, agriculture, and construction vehicles.

Exempt Summary We're currently seeking an account manager to oversee current customer accounts as well as develop new accounts. As the Account Launch Manager, you will oversee several accounts. This person must be dedicated to achieving operational excellence and have a genuine interest in helping the company succeed. Essential Functions Lead new customer programs and part launches from award through production. Assist in processing new quotes from assigned customers Develop and maintain launch timelines, milestones, action lists, and program trackers. Coordinate with Engineering, Quality, Operations, Purchasing, Supply Chain, Scheduling, Logistics, and Sales. Serve as the primary customer contact throughout the launch process Track tooling, materials, prototypes, testing, production trials, APQP, and PPAP requirements. Identify risks affecting timing, quality, capacity, cost, or customer satisfaction. Develop recovery plans and escalate critical issues when milestones are at risk. Conduct regular launch meetings and drive open action items to completion. Confirm production readiness, including equipment, tooling, staffing, training, work instructions, packaging, and shipping requirements. Provide leadership with clear program status updates. Support post-launch reviews and transition programs into regular production. Education, and Experience Bachelor's Degree preferred. At least 5 years' experience in sales. Experience with tube and hose assemblies is a plus. Knowledge, Skills, and other Abilities Experience successfully launching new products or parts into production. Automotive, Tier 1, Tier 2, or high-volume manufacturing experience strongly preferred. Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, engineering changes, and production-readiness processes. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and project-tracking tools. Exceptional organizational, communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills. Ability to manage multiple programs and changing priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Working Conditions The incumbent works primarily in an office environment, sitting for prolonged periods at a desk with a computer. While performing the duties of this position, employees are regularly required to use written and oral communication skills; read and interpret data, information, and documents, analyze and solve problems, use math and mathematical reasoning; observe and interpret situations; learn and apply new information or new skills; work under deadlines and constant interruptions; interact with staff and other organizations; and deal with dissatisfied or quarrelsome individuals. $75,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
