Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Plant Manager to lead our manufacturing operations and drive operational excellence across the plant. The successful candidate will oversee production management, ensure adherence to quality standards, optimize supply chain processes, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. This role requires strong leadership, comprehensive knowledge of manufacturing management systems, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams to meet production goals efficiently. The Plant Manager will play a pivotal role in maintaining safety, enhancing productivity, and supporting sustainable growth. Responsibilities Lead and coordinate all plant operations, including production scheduling, process improvement initiatives, and resource allocation to meet operational targets. Implement and maintain production management systems such as

SAP, ERP

systems, and Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP) tools to optimize workflow. Drive continuous improvement initiatives utilizing Lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies, and lean management techniques to enhance efficiency and reduce waste. Oversee quality control processes to ensure products meet strict standards while maintaining compliance with safety regulations. Analyze production data using Microsoft Excel and supply chain analytics tools to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for process optimization. Manage supply chain activities including procurement, inventory control, and logistics coordination to ensure seamless material flow. Foster cross-functional communication among departments such as engineering, quality assurance, procurement, and logistics to facilitate smooth operations. Lead team development efforts by providing coaching, training, and performance evaluations for supervisory staff and production teams. Maintain mechanical knowledge of manufacturing equipment and oversee maintenance schedules to minimize downtime. Ensure compliance with environmental health and safety standards across all plant activities. Experience Proven experience in manufacturing management or plant leadership roles within a fast-paced production environment. Extensive knowledge of production management systems such as

SAP, ERP

platforms, MRP software, and lean manufacturing tools. Demonstrated expertise in process improvement methodologies including Lean management and Six Sigma. Strong background in supply chain management, logistics coordination, and inventory control. Proficiency in data analysis using Microsoft Excel for operational reporting and decision-making. Mechanical aptitude with an understanding of manufacturing equipment maintenance. Excellent team leadership skills with the ability to motivate diverse teams and facilitate cross-functional collaboration. Prior experience implementing continuous improvement strategies that resulted in measurable efficiency gains.
