As a Ready Mix Plant Manager, you lead all aspects of plant operations to ensure efficient production and delivery of high-quality ready-mix concrete. You oversee minor equipment maintenance, andmaintain a safe working environment while adhering to budgetary guidelines and regulatory requirements. Your role is critical in driving operational excellence and meeting customer demands.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Manages ready mix concrete production to meet customer specifications and delivery schedules.

Leads all plant management activities.

Ensures quality control standards are met through regular testing and inspections.

Oversees inventory management to maintain optimal stock levels of raw materials.

Coordinates equipment maintenance and repairs to minimize downtime.
