In this role, you will oversee aggregate production, equipment utilization, and quality control to ensure safe, efficient output for infrastructure projects. Responsibilities include supervising plant staff, scheduling production, coordinating maintenance, monitoring inventory, and enforcing strict safety and environmental standards. You will track performance metrics, manage budgets, and drive continuous improvement.
