Job Description Sales Porject Manager;

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as a primary project-management resource for assigned customer accounts and new product development projects. Partner closely with Sales to manage customer projects from concept through commercialization. Coordinate timelines, deliverables, samples, specifications, approvals, and production requirements. Act as the communication bridge between customers and internal teams including Sales, R D, Product Development, Packaging/Components, Operations, Quality, and Manufacturing. Track multiple projects simultaneously and proactively identify potential delays or issues. Maintain detailed project timelines and ensure internal teams remain aligned with customer expectations. Coordinate product samples, revisions, testing, approvals, and customer feedback. Work with customers to clarify product requirements, specifications, packaging/component needs, and development timelines. Communicate project status clearly to both customers and internal stakeholders. Support Sales in customer meetings, presentations, product discussions, and follow-up. Help identify opportunities to expand existing customer relationships and support new business development. Ensure customer commitments and internal deadlines are clearly documented and communicated. Troubleshoot issues and coordinate solutions across departments. Maintain accurate project documentation and CRM/customer records. The Successful Applicant A successful Sales Project Manager should have: Experience with project management in a sales or FMCG environment. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in analyzing project data and generating reports. Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
