2989445642-2 Apply for this job now Job Description Consolidated Precision Products is seeking a Manufacturing Manager to lead aerospace casting and machining operations in a high-precision environment. This role oversees production teams, schedules, and resources to meet strict quality, safety, and delivery targets for mission-critical turbine and airframe components. The manager will drive continuous improvement, implement lean practices, and ensure compliance with AS9100 and customer requirements. Collaborating closely with engineering, quality, and maintenance, this leader develops talent, standardizes processes, and supports cross-plant initiatives in a growing global organization. Responsibilities Lead day-to-day aerospace casting and machining production operations Manage staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation to meet delivery targets Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and AS9100 requirements Drive continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions for performance gaps Collaborate with engineering, quality, and maintenance on process enhancements Standardize work instructions and production procedures Develop, coach, and evaluate production supervisors and team members Support cross-plant and global improvement projects Coordinate with leadership on capacity planning and capital needs Required Skills Aerospace manufacturing processes Production planning Lean manufacturing Continuous improvement/Kaizen AS9100/quality systems Team leadership Capacity and resource planning Safety and compliance management Data-driven performance analysis ERP/MRP systems
