Our client, a leading automotive manufacturing company, is seeking a Global Supply Chain Group Leader to join their team. As a Global Supply Chain Group Leader, you will be part of the Supply Chain and Manufacturing Operations team supporting production, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a continuous improvement mindset that will align successfully in the organization.

$47.61 - $54.41/hour What's the Job? Lead, train, develop, and evaluate hourly team members and Group Leaders. Oversee the effective use of personnel, materials, and equipment to meet production goals. Drive Global Manufacturing Systems (GMS) processes and support launch and pilot activities. Ensure safety, quality, productivity, and cost objectives are achieved through lean manufacturing principles. Build and maintain positive working relationships with employees, union representatives, and management. What's Needed? Experience leading teams in a manufacturing or supply chain environment. Knowledge of lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and productivity optimization. Strong coaching, mentoring, and employee development skills. Experience working with quality standards, production schedules, and safety programs. Ability to work effectively in a unionized environment and administer labor agreements. What's in it for me?
